Restaurant Style Salsa With Corn

Ingredients

  • 5 medium tomatoes quartered
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro loosely packed
  • 1 medium onion cut in half
  • 1 Jalapeno seeded
  • 3 small cloves garlic skin removed
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup sweet corn

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients EXCEPT for the corn in a food processor.

  2. Pulse until desired chuckiness. Stir in corn and serve with tortilla chips!
