Cut the chicken in long strips length wise.
In three separate bowls place the corn flour, salt, and pepper in one, the eggs in one, and the gluten free flour in another. Coat the chicken evenly in all three in that order.
Place the butter in a large skillet and melt on high heat. When butter starts to bubble, place the chicken in to cook for 3 minutes. Turn and allow to cook for another minute.
Turn the heat down to medium high and add oil and garlic. Allow garlic to cook for a minute or so and add vinegar, soya sauce, and honey.
Bring the sauce to a simmer and allow it to thicken for a minute or so.
Remove from stove and drizzle remaining sauce over top and sprinkle over seasame seeds if you desire. Enjoy!
