4 Ingredient Almond Flour Crisps

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt + Seasonings of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together. Mixture should be thick enough to pick up but still wet enough that it would stick to your fingers.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and fold out dough onto the paper.

  4. Using a bit of olive oil or water, lightly cover your hands in either one. Begin flattening mixture with your hands making it as thin as possible. Continue covering your hands to ensure the dough doesnt stick.

  5. Place in the oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until a nice golden brown.

  6. Allow crisps to cool before peeling off parchment paper and breaking them into pieces. Serve with hummus or dip of choice!
